Product Designer

Revolut is looking for an experienced Product Designer to help create and improve digital financial products across iOS, Android and web.

The role covers the full design process, from research and early concepts to prototypes, testing, delivery and post-launch evaluation. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering and Data teams to understand customer needs and develop simple, scalable solutions.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of in-house product design experience

• A portfolio demonstrating commercial product design work

• Experience designing for mobile and web platforms

• Strong UX, visual design, typography and layout skills

• Ability to explain design decisions and understand their technical implications

• Experience owning projects from discovery through delivery

• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills

Experience with design systems, coding prototypes or working in a fast-paced startup environment is considered an advantage.

Compensation

• Poland: PLN 13,200–38,300 gross per month

• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

Final compensation depends on the candidate’s experience, skills and qualifications.
